Meaty Meat Pork-ish. Your Ride or Die Protein.
Voted 'Best New Product of 2025' by Vegan Food & Living. Yes, it may have a dumb name. But Meaty Meat is a versatile slab of tenderness you can slice, chunk, or cook whole. 36g of protein per serving. No thickeners, binders, or preservatives. Rich in zinc, iron, B12, and selenium. Why complicate things?
It was delicious. It made for a good Steak Frites. It was everything I asked for, tender not rubbery. I even went through my Juicy Marbles Thick Cut Filets the past weekend. Let's just say I will be buying more. A bit expensive but worth the money if you have it.
Wow. 🤯 I’m vegetarian (and my two kids too) and my boyfriend is Celiac/Gluten Free (he still eats meat), but we don’t cook meat in our house per his recommendation which is amazing, anyway, we cooked the filets tonight with some ghee and holy sh*t they were absolutely delicious. We followed the directions exactly on the package. We’re now spoiled and never want anything else. Also had the ribs and they’re to die for. We made them with air-fried sweet potatoes and oven-baked green beans. Highly recommend.
I am not sure I cooked it right, according to my husband it was overcooked 🤷🏽♀️ but it wasn’t too bad. Being vegetarian I don’t know if it tasted like actual steak but according to my husband it was more like brisket? Overall wasn’t too bad but I don’t think I’d spend this much for it again. But who knows, might actually like it with another recipe (got 5 more) will try again soon
Second time making a wellington, I as a long term vegan loved it, but I have also had raving reviews from relatives who still eat meat... an astounding product which takes any want to go back to eating meat away and makes being plant easy to stick to!
Well Juicy Marbles…I have just tried all three items in the starter pack. The ribs, the filet and the pork-sh. I am so impressed. The texture, the taste, the ease of cooking. I have experienced so many types of vegan meats and you are by far, the best I have had. Of course my meat eating friends scoffed and said, well, it’s been so long since you’ve had meat. So I put it to the test and they too were impressed and said “I would eat that”.
Congratulations. My hat is off to you and I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
The Banger that could rests on vegan roast beef infused (unmeat brand) curry rice w/veg, topped with melted and fried bits of vegan mozzarella cheese, a drazzle of vegan ranch, salsa for color, and extra curry seasoning sprinkled throughout. Chef Big Belly looks on, eager to capture your first bite reaction. (it slapped)
My stepmother makes delicious Persian food. So I asked if we could make a Persian dish with the meaty meat lamb-ish. She made (and I helped!) Khareshe Basemjan: lamb-ish with tender eggplant and fresh tomatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice. With a side of couscous. Holy not-cow! I couldn’t believe how much it tasted like real lamb, a sense memory from 40 years ago when I became vegan. Just to verify, my non-vegan stepmother agreed wholeheartedly. I have two packs left at home, and I can’t wait!
Wow! Wow! Wow! I am over the moon with these ribs - succulent, tasty, better than the real thing! I definitely would marry these if possible :). We had these wonderful ribs with macaroni salad and fried green tomatoes, just as we used to enjoy in North Carolina. I really highly recommend these - they were delicious!
This juicy marble was terrific! Nice and crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside! I will be ordering the baby ribs on my next order to and I can’t wait to see how they turn out! :)
Amazing! My first vegan steak that actually tastes like steak! The texture is on point. I am vegan, so I haven't had meat since 2021, but I really think this could be a great replacement even for people who eat meat. I am vegan for ethical reasons so I love imitation meat products. Thank you for making this! I will be ordering more for sure.
The Lamb-ish is as delicious as ALL the JM cuts. We enjoy the texture and style of this as is but we got a lil rowdy one night, chopped it up, pan crisped the pieces and made a pizza. Not to be overly dramatic, but that decision has basically ruined us for future pizza topped any other way. We have also enjoyed it like fancy-pants-adults with chimichurri and watercress salad. Another night we scarfed it down with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes.
Truthfully we have what we consider to be a healthy obsession, and 💯 plant based Polyamory, for Juicy Marbles products. Bangers ✅ Filet’s ✅✅ Ribs ✅✅✅ Lamb-ish and Pork-ish Meaty Meats ✅✅✅✅ 🤤 1000% Yum!
We *LOVE*Juicy Marbles! Like an 80’s obsessed stalker song kind of love, minus the creepy felony. The pork-ish is super delicious and versatile. We’ve had it as is, pan fried with a tasty crust. We’ve also cooked it to have pulled pork-ish bbq style on rolls and smoked pulled pork-ish nachos! It’s changed our dinner game in a “life is still worth living” kind of way. When our JM order arrives at our door, we truly feel like we’ve won the game! Thanks for being in our lives, we don’t wanna live without you. Ever. (Even if we have to stalk you).
The most delicious Wellington ever. We have it for Christmas every year, and whenever we’re craving something special. It’s our go-to for celebrations. Everyone loves it. 💕
We were excited to try the Kinda-Cod from Juicy Marbles again, but this time with a wonderful (but not quite vegan) champagne veloute sauce on the fish and German-style noodles. We could not have been happier with the flavor and texture of the cod and the sauce did nothing but enhance the utter enjoyment and satisfaction with the meal (naturally washed down with a nice Gruener Veltliner). We have been nothing but extremely satisfied with Juicy Marbles meats - keep up the fantastic work!
OMG BEST PLANT STEAK IVE EVER HAD!!!!! MUST try if you’re a vegan like me who gave up beef steaks for ethical / health reasons but miss that steaky texture!!!! I’m speechless!
I was skeptical at first… but after taking the first bite I was amazed! Wow, the texture is just like a steak!!! Flavor profile was spot on. Prior to searing on the Blackstone I seasoned the filets with salt, pepper, and garlic. After grilling, I added a little compound butter to the filet and let it rest. My mind is blow - Five star product!! Can’t wait to try more varieties!!
Amazing. Rubbed with a spicy dry rub, let sit, and then baked at 390 as directed. Finished under the broiler to caramelize brushed on BBQ sauce. Great mild meaty flavor and pulled pork texture! It seems to do a very good job of absorbing the spices deep inside. I think these would also do a great job of being a slow cooker style short rib- the texture is very similar! Next time that's what I'm going to do; create a sauce, bake the ribs, and finish in the sauce.
We had a 'surf & turf' night with JM filet and JM kind-cod - they were both fabulous as meat substitutes! The cod was tender and flavorful (and benefited from a vegan lemon dill sauce) and the filet was juicy with a crisp exterior. Paired with a nice Syrah/Grenache blend, it was a memorable meal! I can't wait to try all the other options! We are definitely over the moon!
Tasty stuff, paired well with eggplant. Grilling required being gentle to keep things together, but I pulled it off and my guests ate well for the Labor Day weekend. Thanks!
