I made the kinda salmon as I used to prepare salmon pre-vegan, with fresh garlic, cayenne pepper and homegrown dill. I cooked it for 10 minutes in the air fryer. Cooking it in a pan would likely be better. I got some vegan cream cheese and bagels so looking forward to trying the leftovers cold like we used to enjoy salmon. Great job!
OK, so I wish that it wasn’t pre-marinated somewhat. The marinade chosen was delicious. Fantastic but it’s harder to switch to a plain salmon with idk a tarragon lemon coconut cream sauce. The actual flavor of the salmon itself was good. It’s not flaky like say Oshi . But it was good. Still fishy texture just no flaking layers
great taste and texture and simple to cook. Wish was cheaper. Nutritionally is nice they add some omega 3.

My wife loves salmon, and I hate it. Thus, my conundrum; this product tastes so much like actual salmon, I could barely eat any of it. She, on the other hand, could not get enough of it. I gave it four stars because I couldn't eat any of it, but it is a truly amazing product. If you love salmon or used to, or have never had it before, definitely give this a try. If, however, you are like me, get their pork or ribs.

I used this to make the viral “salmon sushi bake”, it worked perfectly, I’ve already made it twice it was so good. It’s a good texture, very flaky, and it isn’t overwhelming. I liked this better than the cod. The cod has kind of a strange texture, the cod is like fish flavored “just eggs”, but the salmon is more similar to actual salmon
