Exceeds expectations. Great texture on the meat and I looooooved the bones! They were so unique. I'd have never eaten a bone when I ate meat but love these. Took on the marinade well but maintained its own faux ribby essence.

These ribs were the tastiest plant-based meat I have ever had. I used the bourbon maple-glaze recipe on the website. The taste and texture was perfect - heaven on a plate! The bones were dry and flavorless, would have preferred them as boneless since the product is quite costly. Would have given these beauties six stars if I could.

These vegan ribs are amazing! We first encountered them at the Velani vegan restaurant in Vienna Austria in August 2025. They served them with a dry rub and some BBQ sauce on side. Roasted potatoes and root veggies or Viennese warm potato salad were side options. (The also make a heck of a vegan wiener schnitzel and goulash too). Anyway we sent photos of our dinner to a vegan friend and they said “oh those are juicy marbles ribs”. So we ordered a bunch and cooked them up on the charcoal grill. Wow these are so good! We are hooked. We just made our third order and can’t wait for it to arrive. We are trying the steaks, lamb and pork too.
These ribs transcended my entire (half meat eating) family into unthinkable bliss. For vegans, they're not just a good, they're an insanely nostolgic experience. For meat eaters, they're a game changing "holy s*&! those are plants?" life questioning experience. I'm now prepared to have these every weekend this summer. I humbly thank you Mr. Marbles.
As I’m in year 7 of being Vegan, it’s been a while since I’ve had ribs. 3 decades of eating ribs with last few times on a trip to Austin / BBQ capital. I took a partial bite of JM’s and immediately called the server back to confirm they were not “real”. Not sure if I can replicate at home, but they were absolutely delicious….the pull, the chew, the texture…WOW!!! For the skeptics / anti-vegans out there, it was missing the coagulated fat layers, snappy cartilage and soon to follow belly ache that you get from animal ribs. Thank you Juicymarbles!!!!

Hi, last month i got your Ribs and I don’t have words to describe how amazing they are the flavor and the texture were incredible. I even gave some to a none vegan people and the couldn’t believe this were vegan. I will give you guys 5 + more stars. I was going to order more and i see they sold out😭😭😭Do you know when will be available I have few family members coming for vacation and 3 of them are vegan will love to treat them to this fabulous ribs. I’m almost speechless! How is this even meatlessly possible? The texture! The bone! What am I eating and how is it so real and delicious? For the next rack, instead of just adding BBQ sauce, I will add a dry rub and let that sit awhile before cooking. I am at the same time intrigued and well fed.
This is our 25th order. Well, close. These 'ribs' are incredible; succulent, shreddy, and perfect bathed in BBQ sauce, We get two meals out of the pack. Still not cheap - but they don't taste it either.

We've served these to omni friends who were shocked at how good they are. We try to keep the ribs in the freezer at all times just in case the craving for them comes over us.

Wow, wasn't sure about cooking a frozen slab but after 22 minutes in the convection toaster oven the ribs looked and then tasted amazing! Can't wait to try the next dishes from my assortment pack!

The ribs were juicy and had a texture and smokiness similar to real ribs. They were easy to unthaw and cook for a fast and flavorful dinner.

My immediate family is vegetarian; my children, who are now adults, were raised as vegetarian. I spent about $300 on my daughter's 40th birthday present: 6 packages each of: ribs, filets and meaty meat. And you threw in a "freebie," too! What a great gift! This product is absolutely the best tasting, highest quality vegan protein! I can make my recipes with it and satisfy non-veg guests. Most don't even realize that the dish is vegetarian, until I tell them. They are amazed.
It is such a rich taste to carry BBQ sauce. I would never care to eat meat ribs again. Satisfies the itch perfectly! And you get to, with your full chest, convince a non vegan that taste does not have to be the issue if they are open.
The texture of the ribs are great, however I found that they taste of gluten. I tried the Hot Honey ribs, but they lacked flavor and heat (and yes, I preserved the hot honey topping when I baked them). I wish there was more seasoning to mask the gluten flavor and overall make them taste more like ribs.
These hot honey ribs are completely addictive and I want them weekly.

First time ordering them after so many great reviews. I am so happy I did and I can see the hype behind them! Even if you didn’t put any sauces on it the “meat” is tasty on its own. It’s been filling and definitely satisfies those “steak” cravings for the carnivores out there.
Theses are great. I usually mix part with rice & veggies for 1 meal & then the next day fix the remainder like a shredded pork sandwich.
Absolutely delicious and exceeded all of our expectations!
