Made braised beef with my partner! The "meat" shreds a bit easily when cutting so you just have to be careful not to pull it apart to retain the shape, but it sears really nicely, tastes amazing, and really holds flavor well! 10/10
Great taste and texture (knocks Impossible and Beyond Meat out of the park) though expensive and needs seasoning.
F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C. First of all, there were 6+ of us, we tried it in different ways, as a hamburger and inside puff pastry with cheese and spinach, and we all loved it. The texture is incredible, while I was cutting the meat it really felt like the real thing, just perfect. Shipping was super fast and everything arrived perfectly packed, frozen, and well protected. I mean, not a single person didn’t love it and I had some hardcore meat eaters in the group ;)

These are very versatile and amazing. You really can’t go wrong with preparation rather it be a fillet or some sort of stew.
I have been ordering from juicy marbles for a few years. The loins are delicious and very good cut up and fried as a fillet or, shredded, and put into a slow cooker for pot roast. They are very versatile and delicious.
So superb and realistic that if I hadn’t cooked it myself, I’d question if it was real meat. Fortunately, it doesn't taste like a dead animal though. I couldn’t recommend Juicy Marbles enough!

Bigger than my baby's arm. Better than a legit filet mignon cuz nobody cried or died... and it is bar-none the most delicious veg meat I have ever had. We loved the loin and the filet very much. In addition to having a fantastic texture and taste, we found it be very versatile. After making an initial roast with the loin we used the leftovers for ramen one night, tacos another night, and omelettes in the morning. We also used the filet as the basis of a cheese steak. Just an incredibly versatile meat substitute.

I've been very curious to try one of these products for awhile now, but kept missing windows of opportunity between stock. Finally saw the loin and went in for a three pack right away. It's a tantalizing product! So far I've made a Wellington, carne asada strips, and filet style steaks, all of which impressed both my solo dinner night taste buds, as well as when having company. I've since ordered two more and will keep coming back!

Really unbelievably good. I did a quick smoke at a higher temp (400) until three internal temp was good. The flavor and texture are just remarkable. Worth the price, this stuff is pretty darn special.
Juicy Marbles is by far the best vegan meat made. The taste and texture is far superior than anything out there. I got the loins because they can be used for some many things. I've made a full loin and cut them into steaks. They are great pan fried, but amazing on the grill.
I really enjoyed this loin. My husband cooked it in a castiron skillet in brown sugar and pineapple juice. It came out really good. He's not vegan and he approved it.

I’d been looking for something to make Sancocho with and this was beyond my expectations. The meat eaters were impressed and it passed with flying colors.
I have enjoyed your product even when it just came in log form. I like this version better pre sliced it’s just more convenient being the only one who is usually consuming the fake meat so I don’t have to thaw an entire log out and or cook it all at one time. I just wish it was more easy to obtain I don’t mind the price point that much cheaper would always be better but I feel it’s worth the current price poin the flavor and texture is there for me and the only issue is winning the lottery to be able to order it before you sell out each time haha
Very brisket-like and cooks so easily! We sliced it in half and used in a Vegan Wellington for our Thanksgiving main dish, then sliced and sauteed the remainder and slathered in Chimichurri sauce which we enjoyed as sandwiches on fresh sourdough bread. Both were huge hits! Please try to come down on the price and we'll become regular customers. :-)
These loins are delicious! We had them for Thanksgiving and my husband, who is not vegan, said he could not stop thinking about them the next day & that it was the best vegan meat he’s tasted. We had leftovers shredded with bbq sauce on a sandwich - so good!
Absolutely obsessed with this brand. I’ve only tried the loin and DAMN it’s so good. Amazing texture and taste. It’s very easily turned into whatever you want based on the seasonings and way you prep/ cook it. I’m a forever fan and will continue buying these products. Can’t wait to try the filets!
This was last year’s Christmas dinner. I’m making Italian this year and my whole loin will do great as broscalle cooked in red sauce.
The steak was good sized for the price and was tasty! Kind of a cross between steak and corned beef. Would but again for a special occasion.

Overall I felt like the product didn’t live up to expectations. Your social media makes it look delicious but it’s a far cry from that honestly. Visually, it looked less than ideal coming out of the bag. It also smells like cat food. Then while cooking it on a pan I didn’t think it looked or smelled anything like steak. When I took my first bite, it wasn’t offensive, but it really didn’t have much taste. It was pretty boring honestly. The texture was cool though so you have that going for you. I’m definitely rooting for you guys to improve the product and grow like wildfire. It’s just too bad that you still have a ways to go. Maybe the next version? Good luck!
