We deliver all across the USA, but sorry, we're not in Alaska and Hawaii just yet. But don't worry, we're on the hunt for a solution!

I need to change my delivery address.

*However, since we try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, there is always a possibility that the address can not be updated before your package ships.

How do you ship?

We ship our products frozen, wrapped in recycled insulation material and dry ice to keep them chilled for as long as possible. Please note that we don’t guarantee the products will arrive frozen. However, we use express delivery service so the products will reach you at refrigerator temperature.

Is the shipping and packaging material recyclable?

The Insulation material is recyclable. Dry ice bags are not.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No :’( Please provide your physical address.
