How To Prepare Orange and Whiskey-Glazed Ribs
1. Prepare the Orange and Whisky Glazed
Combine orange jam, minced garlic clove, grated ginger, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and whisky in a small bowl and whisk.

2. Glaze the Vegan Ribs
Remove the ribs from the packaging and sprinkle with salt on both sides.
Brush the ribs racks with the orange and whisky glaze and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. It’s Time to Bake
Bake the ribs in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 374°F/190°C, until sizzling and caramelized. Remove from the oven, and brush with the remaining glaze. Slice into individual ribs, and serve immediately.
