A plant-based filet mignon so tender, so flavorful, and so similar in appearance and texture that you’ll fool yourself into eating a high-end cut for a whole lot less.

To my tongue, it very much tastes like beef.

We *LOVE*Juicy Marbles! Like an 80’s obsessed stalker song kind of love, minus the creepy felony. The pork-ish is super delicious and versatile. We’ve had it as is, pan fried with a tasty crust. We’ve also cooked it to have pulled pork-ish bbq style on rolls and smoked pulled pork-ish nachos! It’s changed our dinner game in a “life is still worth living” kind of way. When our JM order arrives at our door, we truly feel like we’ve won the game! Thanks for being in our lives, we don’t wanna live without you. Ever. (Even if we have to stalk you).
Absolutely love all three juicy marbles that I ordered. My meat eater even likes the pork ish. The first time I ordered it, I gave half of it away to friends because I wanted to share the deliciousness. I won’t do that again. Keeping it all for myself. And btw.. thank you for creating a perfect alternative. We need more people who care! 🐷 🐮 🐔 🙏🏻
I made bbq pulled pork-ish and put it on a ciabatta roll with vegan mayo and pickled onions. It was magnificent! Next time I’m going to add a splash of liquid smoke. 😻
I was completely blown away. I have been vegan for over 6 years now. I went vegan, not because I didn't like the taste and mouth feel of good meat, but for health and ethical reasons. I have been watching and waiting a prime time to get to try and enjoy Juicy Marbles and I got a chance with the pork-ish. THIS IS THE BEST TASTING VEGAN MEAT HANDS DOWN!! The look, the smell, the texture, and above all the taste is on point for and perfectly delicious pork. Upon putting in the pan, I was amazed. It cooked so easily and I couldn't believe this wasn't the real thing. My oldest daughter who is an avid meat eater, and very picky, was even thoroughly impressed by it all (she ended up taking a good portion to eat like it was). I made the sandwich recipe on the site, with a slight variation accounting for what I had, and it was the best tasting thing food I have had in a long while. I ate until I was painfully full. My mind has now run wild with all of the things that I can now recreate from my childhood. Thank you Juicy Marbles; I love you ❤️
Loved it! Simple to make (I just pan fried it with some Brazilian spice mix sprinkled on) and tastes delicious. I am a vegetarian convert who never really stopped loving meat dishes. This takes me back. Can't wait to try it out in more recipies!!
I'm a longtime Juicy Marbles fan but the lamb Meaty Meat was next level. I made the Lamb Souvlaki recipe from the website here and it was absolute fire. They nailed the earthy, robust lamb taste. Our toddler, a real bold flavors guy, was totally into it too. Can't wait to try the pork one!
I'm a return customer and will be a return customer forever.....I never knew anything like this existed......I can have all my fav dishes without any of the guilt.....I have been vegetarian for 30 yrs and just now am able to enjoy foods everyone else has been killing animals for......forever thankful to Juicy Marbles!
It’s dry as hell and the flavor is terrible. I turned the rest into a stew to try not wasting it. The fibrous texture is impressive, but overall it’s just unpleasant. Don’t contact me again.
Don't have a cellphone to upload a picture (Analog soul in a digital world), but if I am singing this stuff's praises, and I definitely am, this deserves an aria!
We have tried them marinated in red wine and garlic oil, made into kebabs with mushrooms, onions and zucchini, and in a japanese-style potato, carrot and mushroom curry.
But truthfully, the ones we loved the best were the ones that I just salted and sauteed in garlic oil, it let the flavor of the steaks really shine. This is by far and away the best plant based meat we have tried, and believe me when I tell you we have pretty much tried every single one we could find trying to get off the real stuff.
Please consider this a love letter to your products, and we will be ordering more soon.
Thank you so much for making such a superior product,
J. Shade
Meat like strands are an enjoyable texture, and it is on the healthy side for food like this. Flavor is alright, and still approaches "meaty" in some respects, but could definitely use a sauce. A dijonaise or a brown gravy are both good choices here. In a pinch, a BBQ sauce is also acceptable if you don't wanna cook a dedicated sauce. This is leaps and bounds better than what I expected for a Po'k product, so even if pricy, it is worth it as a treat if not a staple.
I was stumped on what to make for lunch. I had a recipe that called for ground pork and beef. With my frozen package of ground Beyond Beef on hand, I chopped up Porkish in my food processor and went forward with the recipe. I was careful with internal temp, following Juicy instructions, and covered it with ketchup for the last 10 minutes.
We had meatloaf sandwiches that were delicious. I was on a 7 day trip and I got a text from my husband, "Polished off the meatloaf." My husband is a former meat loving Texan and I think that might make the text more amazing.
I've been trying to find something that can augment my protein intake but isn't a shake. This is it, especially the ribs and meaty meat. Tasty and nutritious hahaha. Anyways keep on carrying on.
Amazing taste and texture . Closest to meat your going to get . As a vegan I kind of miss the meat texture and this has got to be the only substitute really on the market .cool product .just ordered a couple to enjoy .
Absolutely delicious. I broke it up into strips and had it with peanut, chilli veggie rice noodles with pickled ginger and sesame. The texture is insanely good. Good price point. Does for two meals.
While I am a vegan my husband is not. I make my grandmothers fried "pork" chops with applesauce on the side. My husband does not like pork. His comment was "these are better than real pork chops". One non vegan sold.
First time ordering…made a meal tonight. Even my steak eating carnivore husband enjoyed it!
Great meat substitute for occasional vegans, actual vegans or those wanting to eat less meat.
Easy to cook, great texture and taste. We will be ordering more!
This oddly-shaped, but beautiful piece of plant-based protein is everything I dreamed of back when tofu was my only option. It’s tender, versatile, and incredibly easy to use, turning every meal into a delicious experience.
Jodie Foster pretty much ruined lamb for me in the 90s, so imagine my delight when I saw this in my Instagram feed! It's honestly so lamby it's almost shocking. But, so damn tasty. I can finally dust off my Nanna's cookbook and whip up some real Shepards pie. I f*cking love the future!
Whoaahhh pardner! This is some heady 'meat' indeed. I like the steaks and loin, but this little guy makes you do a double take. It's got hints of the gameness that makes lamb, you know, lamby, but not in an off-putting way. It's much closer to the real thing than the thick-cut-filet, for instance, is to steak. TWO THUMBS UP 👍👍
