A plant-based filet mignon so tender, so flavorful, and so similar in appearance and texture that you’ll fool yourself into eating a high-end cut for a whole lot less.
To my tongue, it very much tastes like beef.

We had a 'surf & turf' night with JM filet and JM kind-cod - they were both fabulous as meat substitutes! The cod was tender and flavorful (and benefited from a vegan lemon dill sauce) and the filet was juicy with a crisp exterior. Paired with a nice Syrah/Grenache blend, it was a memorable meal! I can't wait to try all the other options! We are definitely over the moon!
