OFFICIAL RULES

 

 

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

(“Sponsor”)

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

For any matters not specifically covered in these Official Rules, Sponsor’s general Terms & Conditions shall apply. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the general Terms & Conditions, there Official Rules shall prevail regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Void in Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

 

 

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on February 16, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on February 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

 

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

A. Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, make a qualifying purchase of $120 USD or more (before taxes and shipping) in a single transaction on the Juicy Marbles US website.

Each qualifying purchase counts as one (1) entry.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, complete the official online entry form available at the Sweepstakes page during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must provide full name, email address, mailing address, and confirm agreement to these Official Rules.

Limit one (1) free entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

ENTRY LIMITS

Each participant is limited to a maximum of two (2) entries during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.

Each qualifying purchase counts as one (1) entry. Free entries are limited to one (1) per person/email address.

Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than two (2) entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries.

All entries, regardless of method, have equal odds of winning.

 

 

5. PRIZES

Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Juicy Marbles product bundle consisting of:

  • Filet x 4
  • Ribs x 2
  • Pork x 5
  • Cod x 1
  • Salmon x 1

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $252 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes: $756 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. No cash alternative.

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.

 

 

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

 

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor using a third-party random selection tool on or about February 26, 2026.

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry.

Winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification. If a winner does not respond by March 5, 2026, an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to require winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and where legally permissible, a publicity release prior to prize fulfillment.

 

 

8. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Prizes will be shipped to verified winners within approximately thirty (30) days following winner verification, beginning after the week of March 23, 2026.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable shipments.

If delivery cannot be completed, prize may be forfeited at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

 

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further notice, payment, or consideration.

Sponsor may publicly announce winners by first name, last name, and state of residence.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

 

 

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures of any kind

  • Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries

  • Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes

  • Any injury or damage resulting from participation

  • Any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries

Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

 

 

12. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

  • Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Delaware.

  • Delaware law shall govern the Sweepstakes without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

 

13. WINNER LIST

To request the names of the winners, send an email to support.us@juicymarbles.com with the subject line “February 2026 Sweepstakes Winner List” within 30 days of the drawing date.
