The best vegan meat
This is my most favorite vegan meat. I’ve been vegan for over 7 years and I’ve never tasted anything like it. It’s better than real filet mignon, and so much easier to cook. I eat it all the time, and it truly makes me feel full and balanced. Sometimes, vegan proteins don’t work like that! Thanks Juicy Marbles!

Yay, crust baby!
Yay, crust baby! Tried my first fillet today. I am a life time beef consumer. I particularly favor a stand alone cut of beef. This Juicy Marbles filet was very satisfying. I seasoned it as I would any filet or cut of beef. Pan sear and finish in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes. This did not disappoint. Thank you for providing me an avenue to reduce my beef consumption. My cow friends have forgiven me my past behavior.
